He was one of the top radio announcers in country music radio for 25 years and for years has owned a talent management company, Paradise Management, named after his love of the Caribbean. It was Paradise Management that was the first management team for country star Kenny Chesney, who also loves the Caribbean. Bob said Kenny use to tell me ""Bob, I know I can do this.
