"Izzy" began her acting career in the summer of 2002 as the comical villain Annie Laurie in Charlie's War (2003). Answering the casting call in Nashville with about 300 other great kids she was selected to co-star with Lynn Redgrave, Olympia Dukakis, Dianne Ladd, & Bobbie Eakes. She lends a comical presence to the role and claims Glenn Close (Cruella De'ville) as her inspiration. Learning much from Lynn Redgrave, she was reviewed as having delivered a "delightful" performance in a scene with the child protagonist Ariel Blackwood. After her work on Charlie's War Steel went on to represent Tennessee in a photo layout in the international girl's magazine Discovery Girl. She will be featured in a national magazine called Life way in the Spring of 2004. Isabella is currently hosting the Tennessee segment of the Comprehension Project for P.B.S. television which when it is picked up shows great promise. Director Cirk Hahn of Transcendent Films was so impressed by "Izzy's" talent that he booked her for the role of Jessie in the upcoming No Regrets starring Jeanine Turner, Lari White, Brad Johnson and Robert Merrill.With a unique flair for delivery and a pleasant personality Isabella has been raised as a respectful child who leaves all who work with her with a very good impression and a desire to work with her again.
