Cara Gayle Grippin was born to Becky Walker and C. J. Grippin in a small town outside of Fort Worth, Texas. She has been performing in one form or another since she was 3 months old. From baby beauty contests to ballet and tap to the stage, she always knew entertaining was what God destined for her. Having graduated cum laude from the University of North Texas in August 2004, Cara moved to Austin, Texas, home to other such notables as Sandra Bullock, Lance Armstrong and Matthew McConaughey, to make films full time.
