Zoey Goetsch, born Zoey Claire Goetsch, was born in Bellingham, Washington. She grew up in San Louis Obispo, San Francisco, California, and in Chicago, Illinois. She studied fine art at The Maryland Institute, College of Art before studying acting at The California Institute of the Arts, The Groundlings, and at The J Baron/DW Brown Studio.
