Caspar Arnhold was born in Frankfurt, Germany. His mother is the novelist Cornelia Arnhold, his father the well known Still-Life photographer Wolfgang Arnhold. In early age Caspar started out as assistant photographer and freelance photographer for Miss Vogue and Cosmopolitan. During school time, he founded a theater company and went to London after A-levels to study acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute and made his diploma at the London International School of London. He attended the Actor's Studio in London and New York, where he studied with Rosie Fellner, Catarina Furtado, Dina Clarkin, Mansaku Inkeuchi (Itami) and Thomas Rushforth. His tutors were Mariana Hill, Thomas Wheatley, Michael Billington, Don Fellows, Andy Lucas, Anthony Simmons, Sir Timothy Ackroyd, Mila Bogen and Claude Chagrin. After doing at lot of short films and commercials in London, he went back to Germany and became a well known face in German film and television.
